Karystos Bay Villa is our family home in the south of Evia, the Greek island most people drive past on their way to somewhere busier. We think that is exactly its charm. From the terrace you look out over the bay and the Aegean, the pool is yours alone, and the town of Karystos with its harbour, tavernas and Venetian fort is a 10-minute drive away. We built and furnished the villa for the kind of holiday we love ourselves: long breakfasts outside, a different quiet beach every day, a walk in the hills and dinner by the water. When we cannot be there, we love sharing it with guests who travel the same way.

A fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all four bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, private parking, a BBQ and an outdoor dining table for eight.
Private Pool
Your own 12 x 4 m pool with sun loungers and the Aegean as your backdrop. Big enough to really swim, quiet enough to read a book all afternoon.
Room for 8 guests
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor, plus a separate studio with its own entrance and bathroom upstairs. Ideal for grandparents, teenagers or two families together.
Prime Location
10 minutes by car from Karystos town, with its harbour, tavernas and shops, and close to quiet, unspoilt beaches. We share all our favourite spots with you.

“A Hidden Gem in Greece!” 🌿✨
The place was spectacular. The views were stunning and the house was perfectly decorated (interior & exterior) and had everything that was needed. The town of Karystos was only a 10 minute drive and had everything you needed, the restaurants and people were amazing. Additionally, the surrounding beaches and water were stunning.
This is truly a place to decompress and relax...in a very peaceful part of the island. We had 8 guests (4 adults / 4 kids) in total and the place comfortably accommodated us all. The host was very responsive and provided additional insight into the surrounding areas. There is tons to do and explore around the area, this area in Greece is largely unknown to those outside of Greece, which made exploring the area extra fun.
I would highly recommend this place for those really looking to balance a bit of peace with adventure. The host certainly delivered.
